RETURN POLICY

What is your satisfaction guaranteed return policy?

We don't accept returns, but we have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If there's an issue with a product you received, please contact us. 

If you are dissatisfied with one of our Products for any reason, we will refund the amount paid for that Product. Refund requests must be made directly to our contact center https://www.pushclean.com/en/contactus within 30 days of the date of shipment by Push Clean Towelettes.

To initiate a return, please message with the following information:

  1. The reason for your return. We have solutions for many of the common problems that you may run into. We may request a picture to better describe your problem.
  2. Your order number.
  3. Describe the state of the box and packaging. Has the box been opened or product used?

We are not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to Push Clean Towelettes. Promptly following Push Clean Towelettes receipt of your request (typically within five (5) business days), Push Clean Towelettes will credit the amount paid for the returned Product (less any shipping and handling costs/fees related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the Payment Method you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Push Clean Towelettes does not control when a specific credit card or payment method company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your Payment Method company if you have questions about the status of the chargeback. 

We will not provide a refund for a request that is received by Push Clean Towelettes more than 30 days after the date of original shipment. We also do not provide a refund for Products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.

What if any of my items arrived damaged?

Should any of your items be delivered to you in a damaged condition you must let us know within 3 days of delivery.

Pending its evaluation by our customer service department, we will make arrangements to either ship you an undamaged item at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund as per your original method of payment. For damaged goods, Push Clean Towelettes  will cover the cost of shipping the item back to the customer.

Products Not Purchased at www.Pushclean.com: If the item wasn’t bought directly from us, you’ll have to contact the store from which you purchased it, as it will be subject to the return/exchange policy of the company you bought your item from (example- products purchased on Amazon will be subject to Amazon’s return policy). If you have trouble making a return through your original seller, please let us know and we will do our best to assist you.

Please do not request a chargeback of your purchase from your credit card company while waiting for us to completely process your request. Refund processing involves several steps, some that we cannot control, so please be patient while awaiting the credit for the original purchase to appear on the card you used.
